Plan and billing
Your plan sets what the workspace can do: how many domains you watch, the PDF and email analyses each month, the AI credits and how long data is kept. Here you see it, change it and pay for it.
Who can do it: the owner pays, changes the plan and buys extras. Admins see the plan and the usage. Members see the plan.
See your plan and your usage
Section titled “See your plan and your usage”Open Plan at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows the plan, what it includes and how much of each limit you have used this month. When something reaches its limit, the screen that needs it tells you which limit it is and offers Plan.
Change plan or pay
Section titled “Change plan or pay”- In Plan, choose Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime.
- Press the button of the plan you want. You go to a secure payment page; MailSolid never sees your card.
- When the payment is confirmed you come back to Plan with the new plan applied.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes: the taxes of your country are added on the payment page. Manage billing opens your billing page to change the card, download invoices or cancel. If a payment fails or you cancel, the workspace goes back to the free plan at the end of the period; nothing is deleted at once (see What we keep and for how long).
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”Some plans offer a free trial of some days. Press Start free trial on the plan. Each owner gets one trial. When it ends, the workspace goes back to its plan unless you pay before.
Extras and credits
Section titled “Extras and credits”Credits and extras, in Plan, sells one-time AI credits and extras that raise a limit (for example, more watched domains). One-time credits do not expire at the end of the month: they are spent after the monthly ones. When your credits reach 80 % and 100 %, the owner and the admins see a notice once per period.
Discount and gift codes
Section titled “Discount and gift codes”In Plan, type the code in I have a code and press Apply. A discount code applies to the next payment; a gift or license code activates its plan or its extra. A code never lowers your plan and never replaces a subscription that is running.
Invite and earn
Section titled “Invite and earn”When it is on, Invite and earn (bottom of the sidebar) gives you a personal link. When someone signs up with it you get one-time AI credits, and more if they pay. Each person counts once, and there is a monthly cap.
If something fails
Section titled “If something fails”- The payment page did not open. Try again in a minute; if it keeps failing, write to us from the help center.
- I paid but the plan did not change. It can take a minute. Reload Plan; if it does not change, do not pay again and write to us.
- The code is not accepted. Check that it is typed exactly, that it has not expired and that it is for MailSolid.
